1、How to provide after-sales service?

Answer: In order to ensure the rights and interests of consumers, all users with proof of purchase can enjoy the company’s after-sales service. From the date of purchase (must be stamped with proof of purchase date in the shopping mall, otherwise the free warranty is invalidated) within one year of damage or failure caused by normal use, with the proof of purchase to provide free service nationwide network (excluding man-made damages), more than the free warranty period, still enjoy the preferential service of charging only the cost of materials and labor.
